Who Operates the Site and Acceptance of the Terms
headflowix operates this commercial website offering Course Programming services targeted at users in Singapore. By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. These terms form a binding contract between you and headflowix under the laws of Singapore. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Where accounts are created you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Any submissions such as course feedback or forum posts must be your original work and must not infringe third-party rights. headflowix may remove content that violates these terms without notice. You retain ownership of your submissions but grant headflowix a perpetual royalty-free licence to use them for site improvement and marketing within Singapore.
Ownership of Site Content Trademarks and Permitted Limited Use
All course materials text graphics and software on the site remain the exclusive property of headflowix or its licensors. Trademarks and logos may not be used without prior written consent. Availability Changes Suspension and Termination
headflowix strives to maintain continuous access but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or terminate access at any time for maintenance upgrades or suspected breaches. Courses may be updated or discontinued without prior notice. Upon termination your right to access paid content ceases immediately.
Disclaimers Subject to Mandatory Consumer Law
Course Programming materials are provided on an as-is basis. While we aim for high quality headflowix makes no warranties regarding accuracy completeness or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is required by Singapore consumer protection laws. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death personal injury or fraud.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law headflowix total liability arising from these terms or your use of the site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect incidental or consequential damages including loss of data or profits.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold headflowix harmless from any claims losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site including legal fees incurred in Singapore.
Governing Law Courts and Consumer Dispute Rights
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore. You retain all rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and other applicable statutes. Nothing here affects your right to seek remedies through the Small Claims Tribunal where eligible.
Severability Waiver Changes Contact Route and Last-Updated Date
If any provision is found unenforceable the remainder continues in full force.
